Concern Regarding Pack Openings During Team of the Year

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience during the Team of the Year (TOTY) event.

I spent nearly a full month collecting packs specifically to open them during the TOTY release, expecting at least a reasonable chance of packing a TOTY player.

However, despite opening all the packs I saved, I did not receive a single TOTY player or any notable pull. This was extremely disappointing, especially after the time and effort I invested in saving these packs.

I would like to ask whether this result is purely based on luck, or if there could be an issue or restriction affecting my account. I want to be sure that my account is functioning normally and that there are no limitations impacting my pack odds.
