Why no ELIGIBLE players for this EVO?
I don’t understand, why I do not have any players to evo TOTY HM evo, CAM and CM? I have done CB and CDM but why can’t I find any players to this evo?

You may be missing a Rarity. Only 'Build your TOTY HM EVO' will give you TOTY HM evo rarity i.e. card type.
I think i managed to ruin my TOTY HM Evo as i put the purple shell reward over my completed evo'd card Reece James, and now he doesn't fit/ appear in the evo for the second playstyle 😭
