Its ok bro, i got it almost every single games. Just stay calm and play the game or just take a rest. I went 6-9 futchamp today. When i see i couldnt pass the ball, tackle or shoulder to take the ball, i just let opponent score. Its a game after all, i dont bother to get angry or try hard anymore cause it gives me stress.
