Bought FC 25 Points by mistake, need transfer/refund to FC 26

Without noticing, I  bought the FC 25 pack on eaapps, which I dont even own the game.I’d like to know if there’s any way to transfer these points to FC 26 instead. I’m a long-time customer who has spent quite a lot on the game, and I believe this kind of issue should be easy to solve.

 If transferring isn’t possible, would it be possible to request a refund for this purchase?Thanks in advance for your support.
