What do I do?

Got falsely banned about a week ago and appealed the ban. 2 times. Case got closed so cant see the response. My penalty history is clear so I thought I got unbanned as I should. But still can not connect to ea network due to being banned. Penalty history is clean.

I can not open tickets for some reason. Does not show that as an option after filling the form. What to do?
