cant even play UT

Is happening for anyone else or just me? When u try log onto ultimate team it just says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now he returned to the main menu. Because ...

    Hey there. Sorry to hear about your frustration with this. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

I am same I’m in Perth Australia and haven’t been able to get past main menu, each time I try going into ultimate team it comes up with connecting to ultimate team is not possible sending back to main menu

 

is there support ticket or anything that can be raised ??
