Can't log in to web app

I cant log in to the web app i just keep getting the EA Account Server is unavailable message. Now i made sure to log out of my ultimate team on PS5 and turned the console off a good 30minutes ago so i am definitley logged out of the game for 30minutes now , however the error is still appearing on the webapp when i try to log in. Obviously i googled the issue and the only other step it suggested was to make sure your ea account is linked which it is. so any ideas?
