I selected the packs instead of Owen after completing level 30 in season 5 and the higher rating packs in level 29 and they were in the store. They disappeared after a glitch because I did not claim them and there was nothing in the store when I went back.
Ian saying there was a glitch because right before that all my evolutions disappeared but they came back. The packs did not however.
who do I contact to get the packs put back in the store.

Community ManagerHey jberrouet are you not seeing any unopened packs in the store or on the app?
Could be the case that you have a number of unopened packs and not able to view them all.

Hi, i am in the exact same situation. i cannot find my packs although i claimed them and did not open them. I dont have any pakcs and i dont have any unclaimed items, i just cannot get my rewards. please let me know
also, from the level 30 rewards, having bought the premium pass, i should have various packs, but i cannot see thgem in the store after having claimed them.
