CANT LOGIN ON THE WEB APP

My web app is failing, I cant login from days ago, and its not an internet problem, ive tried with a lot of different wifis, i cant login on my computer and cellphone, it tells me that there has been some problems on logging in and tells me to just play on console, but i need the web app for grinding.
Ive communicated with your online assistants, but they tell me that is out of their hands, wwhich I think isabsurd because how do you have assistants that cant assist? hope someone from EA helps me with this soon.
