Can't login UT, Gauntlet bug.

I played Gauntlet 5. Reach to the final. Won final 7 times but at the end of the match it gives me the error "EA servers are unable to fulfill your request" and takes me to the main menu. You can see my match history. The same mistake has been made for the 7th time and I don't want to play in the final again. At the 8th game I quit the match and turn off the game for restart the tournament. After that I can't even login UT. I want this mistake to be compensate if it's possible. I tried Rivals, FC Pro and Ultimate FC Pro too. In this modes my wins and achievements counts. Help please. Thx.

  • i had the same issue if u can login into web app or companion just go to squads create a new one without any players and delete all the squads that u had.

    Hey everyone!

    As eusoueu23​ pointed out, could you try logging into the Web or Companion App, creating a new squad and deleting all the old squads?

    That seems to solve it for a lot of people. Please give that a shot!

    If you're still having other disconnect issues, it would be helpful to gather more information when exactly you're getting disconnected. Some are mentioning it's happening at the end of a Gauntlet match, while others state being disconnected after the starting whistle.

    Please also provide the following additional details:

    • Platform:
    • Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID:
    • Game mode where the disconnection issues happen:
    • Your ISP (Internet Service Provider):
    • Most recent timestamp of a disconnect (Date, Time, Timezone):

    I tried your solution but unfortunately it didn’t work I am on PS5 and I tried your method on the companion app.
