Can u stop cheater on PC

I make score 4-0 and next match play against cheater who freeze all my players and hide his nick bcs ill cant report him. I have photos. Stop them and refund match or its my last time to play, i stop play 7days ago and now back to play WL i saw new update is good and cheater destroy my game..
