Coins not received

Hi so I sold a player last night for 888,000 coins and woke up and logged on to find the player sold but not received those coins I cleared the card from my sold cards to see if i would recove them that way but still nothing ive restarted the game and uninstall and re installed it but still not received nothing ive also tried it on the app as well and still no luck
