Missing extra content

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition on Steam.

The game is installed and works fine, but I did not receive 5,000 Season Points or the TOTY packs in Ultimate Team.

I confirmed that the DLC is active and I am logged in with the correct EA account linked to Steam.

Please help me restore the missing content.

Hi there. Please make sure you’ve claimed any extra content on Steam first. In Steam, next to the Play button, you should see a blue “Redeem content” button — click that to redeem it. After you open the current season pass, you should see 5,000 Sp.
