I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition on Steam.
The game is installed and works fine, but I did not receive 5,000 Season Points or the TOTY packs in Ultimate Team.
I confirmed that the DLC is active and I am logged in with the correct EA account linked to Steam.
Please help me restore the missing content.

Community ManagerHi there. Please make sure you’ve claimed any extra content on Steam first. In Steam, next to the Play button, you should see a blue “Redeem content” button — click that to redeem it. After you open the current season pass, you should see 5,000 Sp.

I have checked my Steam library carefully, but there is no blue “Redeem Content” button next to the Play button. I also checked the DLC section and there is no extra content available to redeem.
Additionally, when I open the current Season Pass in the game, I do not see the 5,000 SP added to my account.
Could you please check this issue and advise me on the next steps?

Hi there, did you get a resolution on this? EA_Pulsar I have the same issue which I've logged in the help under Case #240544459 but the team are refusing to escalate to the Technical Account Specialist team so a specialist can review the backend sync between the EA App and the EAFC 26 servers.
This is an entitlement issue I'm looking for support to resolve asap.
