I keep getting this screen when entering ut when i can enter thru mobile

I play fc 26 in nintendo switch and have spent 4.1k in it, i have tried every possible solution to fix it but nothing has worked and i have waited 72 hours incase it was a soft lock for rage quitting games what do i do? Support has been useless they havent done anything to help
