I had a case open for almost two months… And I got no reply. I got falsely transfer market banned and I attached proof to my case hoping EA would look at it but they did not even bother checking it! What should I do? Or do I just wait much more?
You need to make a new case via EA Help and mention your old case number. Ask them to escalate to the Studio for another look at your ban. Good luck.
I wouldn't bother they do nothing you complain they blank it as we are casual players all thr top players get listened to same as the content creators and streams but us normal people dont and j wouldn't mention legal action as it is classed as abuse when we are speaking out minds
