Lost card due to menu glitch

I ran into a serious menu bug. After packing a new Dembélé, I went to manage my existing 98-rated Ousmane Dembélé in the club. While using "compare price" and exiting the screen, the 98 card completely vanished.

It’s not in my club, Quick Sell Recovery, or unassigned items. Has anyone dealt with this before, or is there a way to recover it?
