Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible...
Unable to get into Ultimate Team. Every time I try I'm hit with the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.".
I've tried:
- restarting PS
- restarting internet
- tried my phone hotspot
- done internet speed test to make sure I have a good connection
- deleted and then re-downloaded game
- Close and re-opened game
I have a theory it's tied to a bug in gauntlet. I played my first game of the tournament, then went to bed. When I played the next day I couldn't remember which team I used but it allowed me to get in a game with my main so I used that. Scored in the first ten mins and it disconnected, kicking me out the main menu. I then got back in and it let me use the same team again but kicked me out after one goal again. I then used a bronze team to be sure I wasn't reusing a team and same issue happened but this time it didn't let me back into Ultimate Team.
All I wanted to do was add a few of those repeatable EVO's on a player before doing the Adama one and now it's looking like that will expire before I get back on.
It's so frustrating that we can't actually contact a real person any more.
guys i found something and it worked for me. just login to webapp or comp app. delete ALL squads. create new squad then set active. but dont put any players in any squad. hope works for you too
