    It sounds like you might be checking your Penalty History on a different EA account than the one that's been disabled. The Penalty History page will only populate if the account you're signed into has an active account action. 

    If you received an email from us about the account action, please check if the EA account you're signed into is associated with that email. It'd also be worth checking your Connected Accounts page and Order History to see if everything looks right there.
