Could not use my Finesse + evolution.

I tried using my finesse + evo yesterday that I got from the last Season pass and it would not let me use on the players I tried , and now it has expired so I’ve now lost out , I’ve spent over 14 days on the game playtime that is and not complained about anything but this has really upset me because it took so long to unlock that and now it’s gone and I couldn’t use it yesterday when it said I still had 17 hours to use it by .
