Debut Icon Evolution
I have Debut Icon Totti and I was thinking of putting a Musiala evo to him, it makes him 5*5 and shadow striker++ does he still gets his upgrade, I really need a clear answer of this

It would be very nice if we could get an official response from EA on how live / upgradeable player items would behave after putting them into an evo, any chance this might happen?!
As far as I remember, it works like this:
If the player has e.g. 85 Dribbling, and the evo is capped at 88, it goes to 88 after the evo. If the Item then gets upgraded to e.g. 91 (let‘s just take Totti here) the evo‘ed item also goes to 91, but does not keep the additional evo boost, because that is exceeding the stat limit of the evo. I am not 100% sure, but I think I remember reading something like this - this was long ago, FC25 at least, if not 24 (did we have stat limits there?)
From how I understand it, so long as the stats of the new Totti do not exceed the Evo's stat cap, you should still see an upgrade. I don't know what happens with PS's/PS+'s and or roles. That's just how I understand it. I had gave the Showdown Pepe an evo before his upgrade and his upgrade still occurred. I assume it would be the same!
I would love to know it because this year if you apply a new cosmetic you can lose the chemistry even, I think they should say something about it or give us a heads up.

Same thing, hope that they will give an answer to us. But I realized something, if you do not claim the last evo step, cards shape and status are not chancing. It will stay as debut icon.
I would really also want to know this.
