Transfer market ban and cannot create case to appeal

Hi, someone somehow got into my account (even with 2FA) and bought 4 yildiz cards at 60k. This led me to being banned from the transfer market but when I try to appeal I always get a case not created screen. I've been trying for hours and nothing works. 

Please help as EA FC is a part of my nightly relaxation routine (yes, im 99% on squad battles) and this ban is seriously affecting my desire to play

    Hi pal,

     

    had to the same issue with by the sounds of it the same hacker. He has taken around 770k off my account and left me with nothing. I have a case opened after spending 3 hours yesterday in live chat and all I am left with is that it has been transferred to another department and they will contact via email with no time frame given. Following this conversation I had my account banned then had to go through another live chat to get the account back but now I have been given a transfer ban and cannot sell or trade cards anymore. Been a founder since 2012 and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me on a game I play religiously everyday

    Hey man, sorry to hear about your issue, hope we can have this fixed, been a constant player since squad battles was introduced and this is just killing my drive

    Hi, the main issue im having is that I cannot appeal the ban since I cannot create a case in the appeals page. Thanks

    The appeal webpage literally doesn’t work! I have been trying to submit an appeal for days now! It can’t create a case… joke of a company!

    Hey all, what does it say when you cannot create a case, is there an error?

    You have to create a case via the help section instead of clicking appeal. I did this and it will ask what you are enquiring about and put Appeal and a drop down selection should be there and they will start the long process. Been 7 days and mine is sat waiting for the studio.
