I pre ordered the game long before August 28th and tho everyone of my friends received their icon pick I did infact not get one I don’t know if Microsoft canceled and re preordered my game but this is absolute bull**bleep**.
I have the same issue, in fact I have so many issues it is hard to describe and when I try to create a case and subnmit it never gets sent to my open cases so I doubt it will be fixed.
Me too, I didn’t even know there was an Icon involve it was a bd gift and they pre-ordered it for me received all other things but the icon!!JazzBrousseau how can we get our ICONIC?
