Disconnected during squad battles

Played a game and scored 42 goals to complete an objective and your servers disconnected me right as I was about claim my rewards. And it was my last squad battle game. When will I receive compensation for all the points and time I’ve spent playing this game? I’ve never had any issues with any past games why is fc26 so bad ???
