Disconnects in Rivals without Rewards

my Rival has disconnected in 3 of my last 5 games while I was winning the match, but it just says my Match is under review and then I go back to the menu without any points awarded… how is that possible?? Is there a new bug to avoid losing matches or what am I missing?
