DNF after each FUT match!

Hi my son is playing FC26 UT on XBOX and after he finished a game of futchamps / squatbattles he gets a message telling that EA servers cannot process the game results, and it kicks him out into the EA26 main menu. When he tries to go back to UT a message shows up that his DNF modifier has been changed, and the game is forfeited (3:0 loss).

We tried to clear the XBOX cache by plugging it off for few minutes and it seemed to have helped for just one match (coincidence?) but then went back to the same problem.

When a match finished before the full time (i.e. one of the players give up) then all works fine. It is only when the match goes full time.

Did anyone experience the same problem and managed to resolve it?
