Duplicate card disappeared.

I opened the 10/10 pack from the Silver Superstars League World Cup 2 tournament.
From that pack, I got Konaté from Liverpool. I already had that card, so I used the duplicate in the Di María SBC. But when I went to recover the duplicate card, it simply disappeared. It’s not even in the card recovery section.
This had already happened to me before with Cristiano Ronaldo, but I only noticed it some time later. And today it happened again.

I have the video of the moment, and once again EA isn’t resolving anything.
