As far as I know, to achieve a clean sheet upgrade, a player needs to play a minimum of 60 minutes. In the game you are referring to on 22 February, Francisco Moura did not play.
I have cross-checked on FUTBIN, and they have also not marked a clean sheet for him.
Doesn't say it on the card . Just says club needs to get a clean sheet
