Banned for playing in a different location?
I woke up today to see that my account without warning has been permanently banned for “cheating” which I’m assuming is because I accessed the game from a different country than my normal country? I have never installed any illegal software or hacks on my account. I’ve been using the same account since 2018 and I’ve never broke any rules so it’s crazy to me that I’ve been banned at the start of Tots and my entire team that I spent months building is now gone. I would appreciate it if my account could be unbanned. I spoke to EA help and I’ve been told to wait 10 days or more for a decision to be made. I’m a fair player, I don’t even play toxic annoying football, sure I rage a lot when I lose but that’s just because I’m losing matches in an unfair way or to an opponent that goes out of their way to be annoying. I’ve seen people do the most game breaking glitches on this game and they’ve never been banned and I get banned for playing in a different country?

We can't look into the reasons bans were placed on accounts here on the forums. If you believe that your account's been banned by mistake, your best bet is to raise a dispute with our terms of service team. They have the tools to be able to look into this for you.
