EA please help!!!

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a frustrating bug with the "testing modes" objectives in Ultimate Team, and the issue hasn’t been resolved despite contacting EA Help.

The Problem:

I have fully completed all three stages of the Foundations objectives:

1. "FC Player on a Competitive Level"

2. "Supporting the Club"

3. "A Fresh Start" (which includes the Foundations EVO).

All three stages show as completed with green checkmarks. However, the overall "Foundations" objective group is still showing as 3/4 complete, and I cannot claim the final reward. The progression is simply frozen.

What I Have Tried:

· Restarted the game and my console/PC multiple times.

· Checked for updates.

· Ensured all individual stages inside each plan are fully finished.

Contact with EA Support:

I have already contacted EA Help via live chat. The advisor confirmed the issue, created a case, and escalated it to the internal team. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 hours, and there has been no progress on my account. My case number is: #238746572
