I pre ordered fc 26 ultimate version on the 19 of august for 109,99€ but i did not get this rewards as stated in the games description:

-93+ OVR ICÔNE PLAYER ITEM

-Season 1 premuim pass

-6000fc points over 2 months 

-1 additional Ultimate Team Player Évolution Slot

EA pls fix this as soon as possible please.
