I brought points from a website last week redeemed a code went onto my account and no points are on here, it’s because my Xbox email and ea email are different, I’ve spoke to ea about it and they said there’s a problem but I do kinda know how long more I’ll have to wait for cause it’s been 6 days now since I redeemed the code
