EAFC support

Hi! I was hacked in EAFC 26 a few days ago. I wrote to support, stood in the queue, opened multiple cases and have gotten no answer. In my cases, 1 case is marked as solved, other as fixed. I have got no answer about either of them. No idea what to do or if I can get my stuff back. Any ideas what to do or any help from EA support would be nice. Thanks
