El capitan Evo

I bought troy parrot after his recent saviour for ireland and decided to try evo him to use him in game, I bought him and saw he could be put into intro to evolutions and then into el capitan, El capitan was promising me at 86 rated card so i obviously paid for the evolution, then saw that when i finish the evo he actually doesn’t become 86 rated card but an 80 rated.
