Evolution vanishing

I've collected and redeemed countless evos from objectives and the season pass, and every single time I do redeem them, they end up disappearing from my evolutions, and I never end up getting them. I've checked every resource I can to figure out why this is happening, but nothing seems to help. I can't collect any more evos, and I'm worried that if I do, they'd end up disappearing too. What should I do?
