Thanks! Your question about the app really helped. I hadn’t tried checking the evolutions through the app before. I opened it, and the evolution was showing there. I activated it in the app, then logged into the game, and it appeared in the game as well.
michaelm2114 Sometimes this happens when you have too many evos under 'My Evolution' section. Did you have too many evolutions in-progress?
