Extinct Players for the whole game cycle

I am running a Dominican Republic only team, where players with a Dominican nationality or Dominican roots, like Balde, can play and get evo'd. Out of the 13 Dominican players, I only have 11, and there are only 10 have their own position, so I have to use one of my main squad players to fill that spot, which is annoying. The 2 that I'm missing, 61 rated Kaparos and 63 rated Nunez, these bronze cards have been extinct since this game came out. This is my 2nd message to EA asking to please make lower rated cards more attainable. It's not fair that smaller countries or just low rated bronzes, silvers, and golds are extinct for an entire game cycle to have a full 11 of that nation or team. EA, please fix this, I want to have a Dominican 11, not a Dominican 10. Thanks
