Don't bother hoping to pack a toty or any other promo card. Never buy packs either with coins or fifa points. And never save packs for any promo. A few weeks from now they'll be easier to pack for free. Only people who spend thousands of dollars are packing toty's. I'd never pay a single penny in the pack store even if I was a billionaire because that is excessive spending for virtual cards that will lose in-game value by the day until they become worthless or dirt cheap a few weeks from now.
