False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC

appealed for the FOURTH time and received confirmation for the fourth time that the sanctions were wrong and that they were being lifted, but the transfer market was still inaccessible. In the online chat they refer to the fact that there are still sanctions, but they do not have access to TOS data and ask to wait... in the meantime, the ban arrived on 01/19/2026 and nothing has been decided yet

Now I contacted the online consultant again and here is his answer:
Thanks for waiting. So, as I have already found out, you are right, the ban has already been lifted, however, in order to gain access to the Transfer Market again you will need to continue playing. In addition, you will have to start all over again to get the Transfer Market back.

Why should I start anything from the beginning if my ban is wrong?!
