Fantasy League defeat instead of a win and Ibarbo

I was playing the fantasy league tournament and I was 3-0 up and it said your opponent has forfeited and as soon as that appears it said ‘connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’ and it’s counted as a loss?? So I’ve just missed out on Ibarbo reward that is not fair at all. I want to be compensated with ibarbo please I’ve also got a screen recording of the gameplay. I also played live event again just now and it done the exact same thing counted as a defeat when I was winning 3-0 and opponent forfeited. Please do something as it is not fair I’m losing rewards especially ibarbo which I really worked hard for
