Fc 26 packs showing tradeable in store.. but were untradeable after opening them

Hi there EA. I opened the holiday cheer pack twice and the winter wildcard guarantee pack when they were they were showing in the fc 26 store on PlayStation as Tradeable packs.. upon opening these packs.. they were untraceable... so they should of been tradeable packs as it was displaying in the fc 26 pack store as tradeable!!

 

 

 

So I want my points pack because those packs should of been tradeable as they were showing in the store as tradeable... anyone else experienced this earlier in the last hour?

    i had the same thing mate, i’ve submitted a support email/request for ea. Hopefully they sort it

    I had the same but mine said traceable and were traceable but in the description it said untradeable and the should have been 83 or higher
