fc 26 web app market

i have played on my account for over 4 months and i read ea article that i need to play 3 matches a day for 3 or 4 days in order for the web app market to open and it has ben 4 months and hasn't opened yet i follow all the rules so i need an urgent fix for my problem in so i can do some sbc and buy players on my phone as i am not that active on my console my email is ([edit: email address removed])
