FC Coins not arrived

Hello, I purchased FIFA Points through my phone via the PlayStation website, but they still haven’t arrived in the Companion Web App. Could you please let me know if I need to be logged into FIFA to receive them, or what the next steps should be to resolve this issue?

    They’ll show up on the console, for some reason the companion app fails to load them. Had it happen to me when I wanted to load a few hundred points for an EVO.
