Account Compromised → Permanent Ban, Cannot Submit Appeal ("Case not created")

Hello EA community and moderators.

I am currently experiencing a serious problem with my EA account and I am completely stuck.

Recently my account appears to have been compromised. After this happened, someone accessed my account using Tencent Cloud and purchased the PC version of FC26 through WeChat without my authorization.

Looking at my match history, dozens of Division Rivals matches were played continuously, sometimes starting new matches every 1–2 minutes. Shortly after this suspicious activity my account received a permanent suspension.

My EA Connection Quality Report also shows matches played through Tencent Cloud with very high ping. This is not my normal network. My normal connection is from South Korea using LG Uplus.

Right now my account is in a completely broken state.

I cannot submit a penalty appeal because the system always returns "Case not created."

I cannot unlink my PSN account from my EA account.

The unauthorized PC purchase made by the hacker cannot be refunded.

Because of the ban I cannot properly contact support.

Given the unusual network environment, abnormal gameplay pattern, and unauthorized purchase, I believe this situation clearly indicates account compromise rather than intentional rule violation.

If anyone from EA support or a community manager could help review my account activity and assist with creating a penalty appeal case, I would greatly appreciate it.
