I recently opened a free 84+ x 11 pack from PSN store and packed a Micheal Olise Gold card which should be a TOTS card as it is in packs until 6pm in the 8/05/26
is anyone else having the same issue with this because in contacted EA and they were useless and could not help telling me to contact PSN about a in game issue!

The Gold Starting XI Pack that comes with PS+ only contains gold players. Special players (like TOTS) don't show up in this pack.
I opened the same pack and just got gold 85 Chawinga. The rare gold version of TOTS cards should not be in packs? The “gold starting XI pack” is exactly the same as an “84x10 Rare Gold Players” pack but doesn’t include TOTS. Is that not a scam? Can you compensate me TOTS Chawinga please? Unbelievably wrong that this is the case
