Frozen game then disconnect

This issue has been going on for more than a week now. Wether im winning losing or tied sometimes the game will just freeze out of nowhere for about 7 minutes and then just disconnect and when i re open the FC26 and log back onto ultimate team it gives me the disconnected error saying that i quit the game even though it kicked me out. This is very annpying as its happeneing in important games in division rivals and ut champs and i get the loss. Is anyone else having this problem?
