Frustration with Pack Luck and TOTY Rewards

I am writing to express my frustration with the pack luck system in EA SPORTS FC26.

I actively complete objectives, upgrades, and a very high number of SBCs on a daily basis, yet the rewards I receive are consistently disappointing and do not reflect the time and effort invested. This makes the experience feel unfair and extremely discouraging.

I kindly ask you to review my account activity, particularly my daily League Upgrade SBCs for:

• Premier League (Men & Women)
• LaLiga (Men & Women)

This should clearly demonstrate the level of effort I put into the game.

I truly love this game and have played it for many years, but recently I have started to feel frustrated and unmotivated. All of my friends have packed TOTY players, while I have not received a single one despite my continuous effort, which has taken a toll on my enjoyment of the game.

If possible, I sincerely hope my effort can be acknowledged by granting me any TOTY player, excluding Endler, Bright, and Williamson, as I cannot benefit from these players before the TOTY promotion ends.
