Fut champs on pc facing hackers

Hi all , it comes towards me as ea are not dealing with hackers on pc especially in fut champs game mode I have just played a game and matched a hacker who is able to control my whole team and only allows me to use one player and I am unable to play as I cannot move which allows him to run through and score until I leave the game. Ea can I get some support with this I have video clipped the game and would like to help prevent hackers in fut champs as it is stopping me and others from reaching the desired rank we want to get in fut champs. It takes away the point of playing fut champs every week and is ruining the community. I hope I can get some help to prevent this happening.
