FUT Frozen Loading Screen (PS5)

Ultimate team does not load it gets stuck on the loading screen for 10+ min and nothing happens. Restarted my console numerous times, cleared the consoles cache and restored licenses and nothing worked. Ridiculous you can’t get through to EA support directly and need to make a forum post for a slight chance to get help.
