Game won't load

I've been trying to access ultimate team since thursday, I've tried everything from deleting the game, restoring licenses, and even changing internet connections from wifi to lan cable but nothing seems to work. I have access to everything but ultimate team, when I press on it a pop up screen says " Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu". What was the point of pre ordering if I am going to end up not being to play until the game fully releases.
