I preordered the game. Started playing from the 18th during the trial period. It’s now September 20th & I still have not received the Icon pack. I’m able to play & received the other preorder rewards except the Icon pack. How do we fix this?
Same here I tried speaking to ea help and told me it’s a Xbox support program but when I spoke with Xbox support they said it was a ea problem
understood. They are passing the blame around til it’s no longer a problem. My account is on PlayStation, so now we know it’s not the consoles. Thank you for responding.
